Is the current LA29 website the official launch?

The current website marks the LA29 pre-launch experience — the first step into our world.

At this stage, you can explore LA29, discover our modular system, order fabric samples and experience the 3D configurator to begin creating your own composition.

The full online launch is coming soon, introducing the complete LA29 experience with more information about our sofa, design, production, materials, our approach and the story behind the brand, together with online purchasing.

This is just the beginning. More of LA29 is coming soon.

When will online sofa sales open?

Online sofa sales will open soon. We are currently completing the final steps before launching online orders.

In the meantime, you can explore our collection, use the 3D configurator and order fabric samples.

How can I make sure I am paying LA29 securely?

All LA29 purchases are completed exclusively through the secure checkout on the official LA29 website. Payments are processed online through our authorized payment providers.

LA29 will never ask customers to make payments to a different bank account or through an alternative payment method by email. If you receive a payment request that appears unusual or differs from the checkout process on our website, please contact us at info@la29sofa.com before making any payment.

Can I order a fabric sample?

Yes. Fabric samples are currently available to order through our website.

The samples are free of charge; only shipping is charged.

When will I receive my fabric sample?

Thank you for your order! Fabric samples are delivered within 5–14 working days, depending on your location in Europe.

For locations outside the EU, delivery may take longer.

If two weeks have passed and you have not received your samples, please contact us at info@la29sofa.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

I am outside the EU. Can I order a sample?

For customers outside the EU, we will soon be opening fabric sample orders directly through our website.

In the meantime, if you would like to order fabric samples, please contact us at info@la29sofa.com with your location. Our team will be happy to assist you and provide the applicable shipping costs and payment details for your sample order.

We will save your information and notify you as soon as fabric sample orders are available through our website.

How many fabric colours are available?

We currently offer 12 fabric colours. You can order the samples to see the colours and material in person.

What is the fabric made of?

Our fabric is made from nylon and is designed to be water-resistant and scratch-resistant.

How should I maintain the fabric?

For the best results, we recommend professional dry cleaning.

What happens if I spill coffee, wine or another liquid?

Act quickly. Gently wipe the liquid with a clean cloth and water.

Do I need to return the fabric sample?

No. The sample is yours to keep.

Is the fabric sample free?

Yes. The fabric sample is free of charge. Only the applicable shipping cost is charged.

Can I use the 3D configurator before online sales open?

Yes. The 3D configurator is already available, so you can explore and configure your preferred sofa composition before online sales open.

When will more information about prices be available?

Very soon. Prices and full online purchasing information will be available once online sales officially open.

Does LA29 work with B2B clients?

Yes. We work with retailers, showrooms, architects, interior designers, hospitality and contract projects.

Will LA29 have stores and retail partners?

Yes. LA29 is currently working with selected stores and resellers in different locations.

Once online sales officially open, we will indicate the available store and partner locations on our website.

Will LA29 sell outside the EU?

Yes. LA29 will also sell outside the EU, depending on the destination.
